Job summary

The role involves leading M&A engagements within the Strategy and Execution team, focusing on technology aspects in mergers and acquisitions. The Engagement Manager will work closely with clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from strategy formulation to execution, while also contributing to team development and culture.

Qualifications

  • 7-8+ years of experience in M&A strategy and execution, covering both pre- and post-deal engagements.
  • Experience in client-facing or in-house roles across the M&A cycle and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to various pre- and post-deal engagements, including product and technology due diligence and digital value creation.
  • Assist in business origination activities, including pitches and presentations.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives to enhance team culture.
  • Act as a role model and support the development of junior team members, including recruitment and training responsibilities.

Skills

  • Strong collaboration and inclusive approach to building relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear insights.
  • Ownership of work with a focus on quality and impact.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with data analysis and technology assessment tools is advantageous.
