Job summary

The role involves leading M&A engagements within the Strategy and Execution team, focusing on technology aspects in mergers and acquisitions. The Engagement Manager will work closely with clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from strategy to execution, while also contributing to team development and culture.

Qualifications

  • 7-8+ years of experience in M&A strategy and execution, including pre- and post-deal engagements.
  • Experience in client-facing or in-house roles across the M&A cycle and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to pre- and post-deal engagements, including product and tech due diligence and digital value creation.
  • Assist in business origination, including pitches and presentations.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives and support junior team members' development.

Skills

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable insights.
  • Ownership of work with a focus on quality and impact.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in M&A or related fields.

Tools

  • Familiarity with technology assessment tools and methodologies for M&A.
