End User Success Manager (Remote, Denmark)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing end-user capabilities and engagement within a global organization, particularly in the Modern Work field, by improving awareness and usage of digital tools and services.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background at Bachelor or Master level in IT, Informatics, communication, or related fields.
• Interest in how technology influences work culture and productivity.
• Extensive experience in agile product teams (Scrum/Kanban) and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office 365 and GenAI tools.
• Fluent in English, with cultural sensitivity for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and enhance user experience of productivity tools across the organization.
• Plan and execute training sessions for various productivity and collaboration tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to departments to boost productivity and collaboration.
• Analyze usage and impact of services to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop self-service consultancy offerings for users on productivity and collaboration themes.
• Write Knowledge Base articles and manage the Productivity Portal.
• Implement ongoing Change Management campaigns based on metrics analysis.
• Plan Change Management efforts for new tools, including stakeholder management and communication strategies.
