Job summary

The End User Success Manager will enhance organizational productivity by improving end-user awareness and capabilities with various tools and services. This role involves managing communication channels and engagement strategies to inspire users about available services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and enhance user experience across the organization by planning and executing training sessions on productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to departments, boosting their productivity and collaborative capabilities.
  • Conduct usage and impact analysis to identify areas for improvement in services and applications.
  • Develop and implement consultancy offerings for self-service booking by departments, focusing on personal productivity and effective collaboration.
  • Create Knowledge Base articles and manage the Productivity Portal with updates and guidance.
  • Execute ongoing Adoption Change Management campaigns based on metrics analysis.
  • Plan Change Management efforts for new tool implementations, including stakeholder management and communication strategies.

Additional information

This position is based in Aarhus, Denmark, requiring in-office work at least three days a week, with an expectation of 10-20 travel days annually.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Informatics, communication, or a related field.
  • Interest in Modern Work and the impact of technology on work culture.
  • Extensive experience in agile product teams, facilitating planning and aligning stakeholders.
  • Expert knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office 365 and GenAI tools.
  • Fluent in English, with cultural sensitivity for global collaboration.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a focus on security and compliance.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous self-development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training for diverse audiences.
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
