End User Success Manager (Aarhus)

Job summary

The role of End User Success Manager focuses on enhancing the organization's productivity and collaboration through effective use of tools and services. This position involves improving end-user awareness and engagement, as well as managing communication channels related to these services.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background at Bachelor or Master level in IT, Informatics, communication, or a related field.
• Interest in the Modern Work field and its impact on work culture and productivity.
• Extensive experience in agile product teams (Scrum/Kanban) and facilitating planning and reviews.
• Expert knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office 365 and GenAI tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Enhance user adoption and experience with productivity and collaboration tools through training sessions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to departments to boost productivity and collaboration.
• Analyze usage and impact of services to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement consultancy offerings for self-service booking by users.
• Create Knowledge Base articles and manage the Productivity Portal site.
• Execute ongoing Adoption Change Management campaigns based on metrics analysis.
• Plan Change Management efforts for new tools or services, including stakeholder management and communication.
