Job summary

An experienced EMEA Finance Director is sought to oversee the finance function across the region, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective financial processes. This role involves managing a team of 20 across three sub-departments and driving initiatives for continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director with a commercial and analytical mindset.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or business operations, preferably in an international context.
• Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in team management and development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to driving results.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• In-depth understanding of compliance and governance issues.
