Job summary

This role involves partnering with hiring managers to recruit exceptional technology talent within a fixed-term contract. The position focuses on building candidate experiences and managing recruitment processes across technology, product, and go-to-market roles.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in embedded or internal recruitment
  • Strong background in recruiting technology, product, and GTM talent
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Data-driven and commercially minded approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in in-house, RPO, or high-performing recruitment environments

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers from initial brief to offer
  • Recruit across technology, product, and GTM roles
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for specialized talent
  • Identify, engage, and assess high-quality candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Utilize market insights and data to guide hiring decisions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment processes

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market insights

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred

Tools

  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
