Job summary

Seeking an embedded consultant to enhance and support a Sensitive Asset Risk program within a healthcare organization. The role involves strategic development and implementation of counterespionage measures to protect sensitive information and assets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in insider risk management or counterintelligence roles, preferably in the private sector.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the strategic development of a sustainable and ethical counterespionage program.
  • Create a cross-functional governance framework.
  • Assess current situations and define acceptable maturity levels for risk management.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve defined maturity levels.
  • Compile an inventory of sensitive assets.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on ethical countermeasures, including high-risk role screening and training programs.
  • Manage investigations into suspected insider threats, ensuring transparency and ethical practices.
  • Enhance privacy protections for executive communications and meetings in collaboration with protective services.
  • Liaise with government security agencies on issues related to economic and industrial espionage.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of insider risk and counterespionage strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement governance frameworks.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in security, risk management, or a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with risk assessment and management tools, investigation management systems, and stakeholder communication platforms.
