Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in email marketing, content marketing, or a combined digital marketing role.
• Proficiency with modern email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, email list management, and deliverability best practices.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for creating engaging content.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting marketing performance data.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Google Search Console is a plus.
• Familiarity with academic or student-focused audiences is advantageous.
• Knowledge of email deliverability concepts like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC is a plus.
