About the role

Job summary

The role involves working in an R&D center focused on developing energy management products, particularly in the area of 3-phase Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and power converters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Power Electronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
  • Over 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in electronic hardware power design, including knowledge of power components, capacitors, magnetics, IGBT, and MOSFET
  • Familiarity with power systems simulation software
  • Understanding of parameters, calculations, qualification, and reliability
  • Knowledge of 3-phase power inverter topologies is advantageous
  • Basic understanding of regulatory compliance and certification (IEC/UL/EMI) is a plus
  • Proficient in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex issues and develop solutions for 3-phase data center UPS products
  • Conduct electronic circuit and PCB design, focusing on quality improvements
  • Serve as a core control hardware expert for 3-phase UPS products
  • Manage product and component qualification, verification, validation, and regulatory compliance
  • Mentor and train new team members on relevant topics
  • Undertake additional assignments as needed

Education

  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree in a relevant field
