Job summary

The role involves serving as the technical authority for electrical systems within high-performance data centers, focusing on sustainable infrastructure across the Nordics. The position requires a seasoned expert to ensure engineering integrity and operational reliability throughout the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in critical infrastructure or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for electrical engineering designs, calculations, and operational procedures.
• Provide leadership for critical electrical infrastructure, including LV and MV distribution systems, UPS systems, and generators.
• Support design reviews and commissioning activities to ensure operational readiness.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and best practices for the data center portfolio.
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate new infrastructure effectively.
• Lead investigations and troubleshooting for electrical incidents.
• Serve as the primary advisor for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to support innovation in power systems.
• Drive training and knowledge sharing across teams.
