Job summary

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for enhancing the webshop's performance and driving revenue growth across multiple markets. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to create a seamless customer journey and optimize conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce with ownership of performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience in optimizing webshops and customer journeys, focusing on metrics such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and design.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email/lifecycle platforms.
• Experience in multi-market environments is a plus.
