Job summary

The role involves managing the deployment lifecycle of a cloud-based solution for clinical trials, ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing full lifecycle software implementation projects.
• Proven track record in supporting solution design and delivery tailored to client requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in change management and coordination of cross-functional teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial domains, particularly eCOA, ePRO, EDC, and DCT.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial data management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage project kick-off through go-live and system localization.
• Collaborate with design teams to align system specifications with clinical trial protocols.
• Develop adaptive project plans and implement change management practices.
• Educate clients on software capabilities and best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as the primary contact for updates and support.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct analysis of project outcomes for process improvement.
