Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Fluency in English as the primary language of instruction
• Professional experience working with children aged 3-6
• Strong interpersonal skills for connecting with children, parents, and colleagues
• Willingness to learn, with familiarity with the IB PYP curriculum considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Create a caring and supportive atmosphere where every child feels valued
• Plan and implement engaging, child-centered activities that promote curiosity and development
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a vibrant and multicultural learning space
• Communicate effectively with families to keep them informed about their child’s progress
• Lead and evaluate playful activities in partnership with co-teachers
