E-Learning Developer (Remote)

Job summary

The E-Learning Developer plays a crucial role in creating e-learning content aimed at enhancing the skills of healthcare professionals in detecting, diagnosing, and treating eye conditions. This position involves the technical construction and maintenance of multi-language online courses delivered through a learning management system.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, communications, adult education/instructional design, educational technology, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-learning content creation using instructional design principles.
• Advanced proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, particularly Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline 360.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and providing end-user support.
• Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI compliance for LMS integration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to manage the technical development of new online courses, including programming and quality assurance.
• Assist in the development and delivery of hybrid training programs.
• Maintain and refresh existing online courses to enhance user experience.
• Conduct technical maintenance and troubleshooting of course content.
• Analyze course enrollments and completion rates to implement improvement strategies.
• Provide Tier 2 support for learners needing assistance with course access or completion.
