Job summary

The E-Commerce Lead is responsible for enhancing digital commercial performance through effective product exposure on online platforms. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to improve the digital shopping experience for customers in Denmark and Norway.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably within the fashion retail sector.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising, user experience (UX), and site optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and adapt to industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and execute product exposure on .com and app in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Manage daily product exposure and optimize ranking, including promotional activities, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance navigation, exposure strategies, and ranking for continuous improvement.
  • Optimize internal search functionalities by adding relevant synonyms.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Managers and Experience Leads to align on campaigns and product strategies.
  • Partner with E-commerce, Experience, and Customer Activation teams to share insights and strengthen digital performance.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in online merchandising and UX principles.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Tools

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and analytics tools.
