Job summary

The E-Commerce Lead is responsible for enhancing digital commercial performance through effective product exposure on the website and app. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to improve the overall digital shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably within the fashion retail sector.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising, user experience (UX), and site optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and adapt to industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and execute product exposure, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar and commercial priorities.
  • Manage daily product exposure and optimize ranking, including promotions and discounts, for optimal performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance navigation, exposure tactics, and internal search functionalities.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Managers and Experience Leads to align on campaigns and product strategies.
  • Partner with E-commerce, Experience, and Customer Activation teams to share insights and improve digital performance.

Skills

  • Strong eCommerce background with a focus on driving digital growth.
  • Curiosity about fashion retail and digital trends, leveraging customer behavior insights for better product exposure.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Tools
