About the role

Job summary

This role involves managing the full lifecycle of project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance within a Project Management Office (PMO). The Document Controller will maintain an electronic document management system and facilitate collaboration across various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in document control or project administration in construction, engineering, or data center settings.
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM360 is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for training and supporting diverse teams.
  • Structured and process-oriented with a focus on compliance and quality.
  • Experience in a PMO or project delivery context is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the electronic document management system, including administration and workflow setup.
  • Track project deliverables and monitor progress against information delivery milestones.
  • Ensure documentation adheres to naming conventions and contractual standards.
  • Assist project teams with document control activities across various projects.
  • Create and distribute templates, naming conventions, and checklists for consistency.
  • Provide training and guidance on document control processes to internal teams and contractors.
  • Manage user access and permissions for secure system usage.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on document control best practices and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and project requirements.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in document management systems.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.

Education

  • Relevant experience in document control or project administration.
