  • Advanced knowledge in talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and organizational change within a complex global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
  • Strong advisory and coaching skills, with the ability to build credibility and challenge constructively.
  • Proficient in using data and market insights to inform business decisions and identify trends.
  • Hands-on experience with both operational and strategic priorities across Northern Europe.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in matrixed global organizations.
  • Strong judgment and commercial acumen, with expertise in Northern European employment legislation.

Responsibilities

Corporate Security Responsibility

  • Collaborate with leaders to implement people strategies and workforce plans that align with business goals.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for local HR needs.
  • Lead the delivery of key People & Capability processes, including talent management and performance management.
  • Coach leaders through organizational design and change initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Build partnerships with business leadership, Centres of Excellence, and Shared Services to ensure a consistent employee experience.
  • Utilize workforce data and market intelligence to drive organizational outcomes.
  • Advise on employment legislation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Adhere to security policies and practices, ensuring the confidentiality of information.
  • Report any suspected security violations and complete mandatory security training.
