Job summary

Oversee the operational framework of the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Centre of Excellence, focusing on governance, methodologies, and internal processes to facilitate government partnership opportunities efficiently. Collaborate with the Director of PPP Engagements to ensure internal capabilities support external engagements effectively.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing Commercial Operations, particularly in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across various internal functions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at leadership levels without direct authority.
• In-depth knowledge of organizational processes and personnel.
• University degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or project management certifications are advantageous.
• Over 10 years of experience in commercial operations or cross-functional project leadership in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance tools for evaluating government partnership opportunities, ensuring consistent analysis across markets.
• Maintain and improve the PPP Stage Gate methodology and governance processes.
• Manage the PPP governance rhythm, including preparation for taskforce meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Maintain a dynamic pipeline of opportunities in collaboration with the Director of PPP Engagements.
• Ensure accurate data capture and reporting for PPP metrics and performance.
• Create a centralized repository for PPP documentation and insights.
• Foster internal networks and advocate for the PPP service offerings.

Education
