Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or franchise leadership roles within complex organizations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and influence senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, including regulatory frameworks and consumer trends.
• Expertise in strategic planning, insight generation, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex insights into compelling narratives for executives.
• Business fluency in English is required; local language skills preferred; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 20–30%).
