Job summary

This role involves leading the creative vision for a global retail experience, focusing on both physical and digital environments. The Director of Store Creative will shape the brand's expression through innovative store windows, in-store presentations, and various brand activations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within large-scale international organizations.
  • Proven leadership in Visual Merchandising, Window Design, Events, Communications, and Digital Storytelling.
  • Strong track record in managing complex, strategically important creative projects.
  • Experience in fashion, beauty, accessories, or similar consumer brands.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead a global creative strategy for store windows and in-store experiences.
  • Own the creative communications strategy for in-store signage and graphics.
  • Build and scale digital creative capabilities across a large number of stores.
  • Inspire and develop a global creative team through effective leadership.
  • Collaborate with artists and production partners to realize creative concepts.
  • Enhance visual storytelling for jewellery collections and brand moments.
  • Create local relevance for flagship stores through curated collaborations.
  • Act as a thought leader in creative trends and retail innovation.
  • Deliver creative solutions for new product-related services.
  • Develop in-store displays and sales tools in partnership with Product Design.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a creative field such as Fashion, Retail, Design, Architecture, or Theatre.

Skills

  • Highly creative with a passion for retail and brand storytelling.
  • Confident and empathetic leader with strong influencing skills.
  • Comfortable in a global, matrix organization.
  • Curious and pragmatic problem-solver with commercial awareness.
  • Collaborative and energized by fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in Business English.

Tools

  • Experience with digital design tools and creative software is beneficial.
