Job summary

The role involves leading and developing a sales team focused on acquiring new customers in the Nordic region. The Director of Sales will drive net-new business growth, instill a strong prospecting culture, and ensure effective sales execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Over 10 years of B2B sales experience, including leadership of quota-carrying teams
  • Technology sales background with significant inside sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and develop a team of Account Executives focused on new customer acquisition
  • Establish clear expectations for outbound activity and pipeline creation
  • Coach teams through call reviews and deal strategies to enhance win rates
  • Manage sales execution through pipeline management and performance reviews
  • Develop onboarding and training programs for outbound selling
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to attract and retain top talent
  • Contribute to sales and marketing strategies to enhance market presence
  • Maintain knowledge of products and competitive positioning
