Job summary

The Director of Pricing Strategy will be responsible for designing and implementing a global monetization strategy to support company growth. This role focuses on optimizing product packaging and diversifying revenue streams through innovative pricing models.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivering impactful commercial initiatives with accountability.
  • Background in pricing, monetization, or strategy roles within matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and B2B pricing models and metrics (e.g., NRR, churn).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of curiosity and adaptability.
  • Excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize the core B2B product proposition to meet customer needs and remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to define and package new features effectively.
  • Utilize commercial judgment and customer feedback to create new pricing and monetization models.
  • Assist in the annual budget setting and goal-setting processes.
  • Identify and develop new ancillary revenue opportunities from concept to delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with Pricing & Monetization colleagues to ensure competitive pricing aligned with customer value.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
