Job summary

The role involves leading the development and optimization of a B2B pricing strategy to enhance customer value and market competitiveness. The Director will collaborate with various teams to package new product features and explore innovative monetization models beyond traditional SaaS subscriptions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivering impactful commercial initiatives with clear accountability.
  • Background in pricing, monetization, or strategy roles within matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and B2B pricing models and metrics (e.g., NRR, churn).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • High curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen for creating business cases.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize the core B2B proposition to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to define and package new features.
  • Ideate new pricing and monetization models to enhance net revenue retention.
  • Support annual budget setting and company goal processes.
  • Explore new ancillary revenue opportunities from concept to delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Pricing & Monetization colleagues to ensure competitive pricing.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and pricing software is advantageous.
