Job summary

The role involves leading the development and optimization of a B2B pricing strategy to enhance customer value and competitiveness in the market. The Director will collaborate with various teams to package new product features effectively and innovate monetization models to diversify revenue streams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivering commercial initiatives with significant business impact.
  • Background in pricing, monetization, or strategy roles within matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and B2B pricing models and metrics such as NRR and churn.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to exploring new opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to create compelling business cases.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize the core B2B proposition to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to determine feature packaging strategies.
  • Ideate and implement new pricing and monetization models to enhance net revenue retention.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and goal-setting process.
  • Identify and develop new ancillary revenue opportunities from concept to delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with Pricing & Monetization colleagues to ensure competitive pricing.

Skills

  • Strong commercial judgment and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments.
  • High levels of curiosity and adaptability to cope with ambiguity.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with pricing strategy tools and analytics software.
