• Background in pricing, monetization, or strategy roles within matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with SaaS and B2B pricing models and metrics such as NRR and churn.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• High levels of curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the core B2B proposition to meet customer needs and remain competitive.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to determine feature development and packaging strategies.
• Utilize commercial judgment and analytical skills to create new pricing and monetization models.
• Assist in the annual budget setting and goal-setting processes.
• Identify and develop new ancillary revenue opportunities from concept to delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing strategies.
• Work closely with Pricing & Monetization colleagues to ensure competitive pricing.
