Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing global merchandising performance by integrating commercial strategy, financial performance, and operational execution. The Director will influence key decisions impacting the global business and ensure actionable insights drive results.

Qualifications

• Over 6–8 years of experience in Finance, Merchandising, or Supply Chain.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• Background in retail, fashion, or FMCG is advantageous.
• Familiarity with global, matrix organizations and S&OP processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global performance tracking and optimization across sell-in, sell-out, inventory, revenue, and units.
• Lead the Open-to-Buy (OTB) agenda, aligning commercial priorities with inventory targets and financial plans.
• Manage the global S&OP process, influencing demand-supply decisions and balancing growth with operational realities.
• Enhance planning processes, tools, and reporting frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 3–4 members, fostering collaboration and excellence.
