The position involves leading the development and integration of a comprehensive membership growth plan, overseeing commercial performance management, and optimizing investment prioritization.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in commercial leadership roles, particularly in growth and membership strategies.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets, including revenue and customer engagement metrics.
  • Expertise in integrating strategic initiatives into commercial planning processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in global, multicultural environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the global membership growth strategy, focusing on commercial growth targets.
  • Develop and embed the membership growth plan into Integrated Commercial Planning.
  • Oversee membership-driven commercial performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Define KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for performance optimization.
  • Prioritize investments in membership growth initiatives based on commercial impact.
  • Lead the creation of business cases for membership initiatives.
  • Expand LEGO Insiders across various channels and partnerships.

Skills

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
