Job summary

The role involves leading international sales efforts outside the Americas, focusing on revenue growth and customer base expansion. Responsibilities include direct sales in Denmark, the UK, and Germany, as well as managing indirect sales through distributors. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales leadership experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in technical sales and business development, including client presentations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and channel networks.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for progress tracking.
  • Manage sales budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Drive improvements in sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Oversee pricing authority for OEM/distributors and negotiate contracts.
  • Deliver sales presentations and assist in closing deals.

  • Ability to understand products and ideas quickly.
