Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for cluster market operations, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders and Finance to create integrated business plans.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, healthcare stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Lead and develop managers and teams to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, ethical, and governance standards.
  • Manage relationships with employee representatives and external labor bodies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions as needed.
  • Represent the cluster in regional forums, contributing insights to EMEA decision-making.

Skills

  • 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience in HR, preferably in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams and managing complex business priorities.
  • Strong understanding of the local healthcare environment and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to execute strategy and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Tools

  • Fluent in English; leadership certifications preferred but not required.
