Director of Finance (Retail, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves leading financial performance and strategic planning within a global retail and e-commerce context. The Director will work closely with senior commercial stakeholders to enhance strategy and performance management, driving profitable growth across various channels.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in finance, ideally within retail, fashion, or FMCG sectors.
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on managing teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience in a global or matrix organization is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and strategic support for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and pricing strategies.
• Manage labor productivity and Store P&L to ensure operational and financial discipline.
• Handle omnichannel finance, including global retail and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams on S&OP and inventory management.
• Lead long-range planning initiatives from a commercial finance perspective.
• Contribute to month-end close processes and financial performance reviews.
• Participate in budget and forecast processes, along with ad hoc strategic projects.
