Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to identify strategic priorities and capability development needs.
• Develop and refine the Marketing & Brand Development strategy to meet future growth ambitions.
• Lead the Marketing Skill Board to align capability priorities with business strategies.
• Create a multi-year roadmap for marketing capability development and integrate it into the enterprise learning plan.
• Design impactful marketing capability experiences that enhance expertise across the marketing community.
• Ensure that capability initiatives are practical and measurable, driving improvements in performance.
• Manage and develop the Brand & Marketing Development team to ensure operational excellence.

Education
