Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing marketing and brand capabilities within a leading global organization. The Director will work closely with Marketing & Brand leaders to drive the evolution of the marketing community and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and translate strategic priorities into capability development needs.
• Define and evolve the Marketing & Brand Development strategy to meet future growth ambitions.
• Lead the Marketing Skill Board to align capability priorities with business strategies.
• Develop a multi-year roadmap for Marketing & Brand Development and integrate it into the enterprise learning plan.
• Design impactful marketing capability experiences and solutions to enhance role-based expertise.
• Ensure that capability initiatives are practical and measurable, improving team performance.
• Manage and develop the Brand & Marketing Development team to achieve operational excellence.
