Director of AI Transformation

Job summary

In this leadership role, you will spearhead the transition of the organization into an AI-native SaaS company by leading AI transformation initiatives and building scalable AI capabilities that deliver measurable business value. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to integrate AI into core workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in consulting, product management, or operational leadership
• Background in top-tier consulting or transformation environments (e.g., Microsoft, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG or similar)
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation
• Exceptional problem-framing and value-quantification skills
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building structure from scratch

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape high-value opportunities by quantifying business problems and translating them into actionable AI solutions.
• Secure buy-in, funding, and resources by engaging senior stakeholders and developing strong business cases.
• Orchestrate execution of AI projects from ideation to production and scaling, ensuring adoption in real workflows.
• Build the AI operating model to prioritize and scale initiatives across the organization.
• Drive company-wide AI adoption by partnering with enablement teams and fostering a culture of experimentation.
