Director, Licensing & Extended Line (On-site)

Job summary

This role focuses on leading the portfolio strategy for Licensing & Extended Line (LEL) products, collaborating with marketing teams to enhance brand engagement and product resonance with consumers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
• Experience in Licensed Consumer Products is preferred.
• Proven strategic thinker with the ability to transform complex ideas into actionable solutions.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer insights.
• Extensive experience in influencing and working within matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the Portfolio Strategy process with the Head of Marketing to align product lines with business priorities.
• Define brand positioning outside the core toy business, ensuring narrative cohesion across all expressions of the intellectual property.
• Inspire and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance portfolio impact.
• Cultivate partnerships across marketing and commercial teams to improve business integration.
• Oversee the development of marketing tools to support LEL teams in managing relationships with licensees and retailers.
• Manage consumer and shopper insights needs for LEL in collaboration with Global Insights teams.
