Job summary

The Digital Service Owner (DSO) will lead the operational and commercial platforms for SAS Cargo, ensuring stable operations and effective release management during a significant transition period. This role is crucial for leveraging technology and data to align with industry standards and drive transformation within SAS Cargo.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in air cargo commercial IT landscapes, preferably with Accelya Skychain.
  • Proven expertise in IT service management and vendor relationship management in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, including Offer & Order, Pricing, and Revenue Management.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Degree in IT, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance and lifecycle of digital platforms supporting SAS Cargo operations.
  • Ensure service management excellence and compliance for key systems.
  • Coordinate release planning with internal teams and vendors.
  • Optimize service quality through improved processes and collaboration.
  • Participate in incident management as needed.
  • Lead and mentor two senior specialists in the same application domain.

Education

  • Relevant degree in IT, Engineering, or Logistics.
