Job summary

The role involves managing the online presentation and performance of products on a fashion e-commerce site, ensuring optimal visibility and customer experience through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or fashion.
  • Hands-on experience with a CMS or e-commerce platform, preferably Shopify.
  • Strong commercial mindset with attention to detail.
  • Basic graphic production skills, using tools like Figma or Adobe.
  • Ability to translate data and performance metrics into actionable strategies.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee site merchandising, including product sorting, category structure, and search/filter logic.
  • Update homepage, category pages, and landing pages based on real-time performance metrics.
  • Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns with relevant teams.
  • Create and modify graphic assets for the website, email, and advertising channels.
  • Monitor product performance and respond promptly to underperforming items.
  • Utilize Shopify to maintain a commercially viable and engaging site.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Structured and detail-oriented work approach.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is preferred.
