  • In-depth knowledge of consumer insights and customer-centric marketing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable and profitable growth of the brand across the North Europe Cluster.
  • Lead the Cluster Brand Strategy utilizing market insights and consumer understanding.
  • Manage the advertising and promotion budget, ensuring effective investment and strong ROI.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and optimize strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Develop communication strategies and implement integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand experience.
  • Create engaging pet owner programs that promote awareness, conversion, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective market execution and brand activation.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
