Qualifications

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in marketing and digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive expertise in data and analytics within marketing and communications, including measurement frameworks and data governance.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and emerging technologies in marketing.
• Proven ability to manage projects in complex environments.
• Collaborative mindset and strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the M&C data strategy and measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing data needs.
• Create and manage dashboards in partnership with IT and other leads.
• Guide discussions with stakeholders on data and analytics requirements.
• Lead the execution of the M&C AI strategy to enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitate the adoption of M&C AI agents.
• Manage the relevant technology stack and vendor relationships.
