Job summary

The Digital Market Support Lead will assist in managing eCommerce solutions for the Hearing sector, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the online customer experience. This role involves supporting market requests, ensuring timely product launches, and keeping stakeholders informed of changes and incidents.

Qualifications

  • Early career stage, preferably with a background in IT or Marketing/Communication
  • Knowledge of Content Management systems, ideally Sitecore
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Assist markets with eCommerce setup requests and modifications
  • Ensure timely launch of new products
  • Keep stakeholders updated on changes and incidents affecting eCommerce solutions

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT, Marketing, or related fields
