Digital Market Support Lead (eCommerce, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves supporting various markets in managing their eCommerce solutions, ensuring timely product launches, and keeping stakeholders informed about changes and incidents. The position is part of a team focused on enhancing the online customer experience for the Hearing business.

Qualifications

• Early career stage, ideally with a background in IT or Marketing/Communication
• Familiarity with Content Management systems, preferably Sitecore
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist markets with requests and modifications related to eCommerce setups
• Ensure timely launches of new products
• Keep stakeholders updated on any changes and incidents

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT, Marketing, or related fields
