Job summary

The Digital Experience Lead is responsible for enhancing digital commercial performance by leveraging sales, customer, and market insights to optimize offerings and guide commercial priorities across various channels. This role focuses on continuous improvement of the digital customer journey and commercial outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally within the fashion sector.
• Proven experience in understanding the digital ecosystem and its synergies.
• Strong background in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of digital channels and their commercial implications.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills, with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily site activity plans based on customer group insights and global guidelines.
• Optimize digital performance through comprehensive analysis of sales, web analytics, user behavior, and A/B testing.
• Share insights and results with relevant teams to enhance the digital experience and customer journey.
• Monitor and improve delivery, payment, and return options to boost digital profitability.
• Oversee post-purchase strategies and new capability roll-outs.
• Collaborate with commercial managers and e-commerce leads to ensure effective execution of digital strategies.
