Qualifications

  • Proven project management skills, including planning and multitasking.
  • Knowledge of the impact of technology and AI on internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Drive improvements in digital engagement channels, including the intranet and Viva Engage.
  • Streamline internal communication to support the launch of new company strategies.
  • Lead communication initiatives within larger projects, collaborating with IT and vendors.
  • Develop new channel strategies based on internal surveys and engagement data.
  • Monitor and optimize existing services to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage a Digital Engagement Specialist based in Chennai, India.

Skills

  • Expertise in managing global digital engagement platforms.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Modern and familiarity with the Viva suite.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in communications, digital engagement, or related fields.

Tools

  • SharePoint, Viva Engage, and other digital communication platforms.
