Job summary

This is a hands-on student position focused on data, analytics, and AI within a global company's Digital Channels team. The role involves supporting the team in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and visualizing data from various digital platforms, while exploring AI applications to enhance reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in business, marketing, communication, data science, engineering, computer science, or a related field emphasizing analytical skills.
• Strong curiosity about data, digital communication, and AI, with a desire to learn through practical experience.
• Comfortable with Excel and interested in developing skills in Power BI, Databricks, and other data tools.
• Some experience with Python is required, particularly for data handling, automation, or AI tasks; knowledge of SQL or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; Danish language skills are not necessary.
• A collaborative team player who is open to asking questions and sharing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Analyze digital channel data from web analytics, media coverage, social media, and internal communication platforms.
• Assist in building and enhancing Power BI reports for better data comprehension.
• Learn data preparation and maintenance in Databricks.
• Investigate practical AI use cases for analysis, classification, summarization, automation, and knowledge discovery.
• Transform data into actionable insights to evaluate campaigns and digital channel performance.
• Propose improvements for reporting processes and data quality over time.
