Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing digital customer experiences through data-driven testing and optimization in a global eCommerce environment. The position involves collaboration with local markets and global teams to implement testing initiatives that improve customer journeys and digital performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital optimization, or analytics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Monetate, Contentsquare, and Adobe Analytics is advantageous.
• Basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders at various levels.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights from data.
• Excellent collaboration skills, particularly with UX and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global eCommerce teams and local markets to align testing initiatives with regional and global strategies.
• Provide expert advice on A/B testing and optimization, ensuring teams recognize its value.
• Work with the UX team to prioritize site improvements based on user insights and testing results.
• Conduct detailed analyses of customer journeys and post-test reports using key analytics tools.
• Share best practices and insights across markets to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Standardize processes for efficient testing execution.
• Support execution of testing initiatives as needed.
