Job summary

The role involves leading the development and enhancement of a global digital customer engagement ecosystem, focusing on transforming strategic objectives into scalable digital capabilities and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Martech, preferably in regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to work effectively between business and IT functions.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar, and privacy-first analytics solutions.
  • Experience in managing GDPR compliant platforms and marketing consent.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in business-level English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve the capability strategy and roadmap in alignment with digital objectives.
  • Translate engagement strategies into structured business requirements for digital capabilities.
  • Conduct requirement workshops and ensure alignment across global functions.
  • Identify capability gaps and lead initiatives for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT on solution design and ensure compliance with pharma regulations.
  • Manage global stakeholder relationships and facilitate decision-making in a matrix organization.

Skills

  • Structured and analytical mindset with a balance of strategic and execution capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in business terms.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, analytics solutions, and enterprise CMS platforms.
