Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience with strong coding fundamentals.
• Previous experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Technical Community Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js, with production-level development experience.
• Experience in creating engaging technical content in various formats.
• Strong understanding of developer experience principles and community growth strategies.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with developers and strategic partners globally.
• Lead initiatives such as AMAs, webinars, and hackathons to engage the developer community.
• Create high-quality technical content including tutorials, documentation, and demos.
• Develop prototypes that demonstrate practical use cases for AI products.
• Gather feedback from developers to inform product and engineering teams.
• Advocate for improvements in developer experience across various platforms.
• Represent the platform at conferences and digital events.
• Support launch strategies for new developer-facing features.
• Track community sentiment and engagement metrics to optimize initiatives.
• Mentor internal teams on best practices in technical communication.
