About the role

Job summary

The role involves managing product categories to ensure optimal stock levels and availability through data analysis and collaboration with various teams.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business or economics, ideally in International Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • Recent graduate or a few years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or supply chain analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and stock data to enhance forecast accuracy and support daily planning decisions.
  • Manage forecasts and inventory at SKU level to ensure high availability and balanced stock.
  • Coordinate with procurement on purchase orders and supplier capacity to maintain an agile supply chain.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Buying, to align forecasts and stock levels.
  • Contribute to new collection planning by analyzing historical data and estimating demand.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and develop tools for process optimization.

Skills

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others.
  • Clear communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Education

  • A degree in business or economics, preferably within International Business or Supply Chain Management.
