Decoration Manager

Job summary

The Decoration Manager will oversee the development of high-quality decorations for LEGO® products, ensuring that graphic designs transition smoothly from concept to production. This role involves collaboration with design teams and manufacturing to maintain decoration standards and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Technical education or relevant experience in product development, design engineering, or graphic production.
• Familiarity with manufacturing print technologies and collaboration with design teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for graphic review and technical discussions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead graphic discussions for detailed decorations with design specialists.
• Establish clear decision-making paths between design, processing, and manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain decoration guidelines to ensure quality and process capability.
• Analyze graphic workflows to minimize risks and enhance production efficiency.
• Create business cases and spearhead projects for process improvements and automation.

Skills

• Experience with pad printing, tampo print, or similar printing techniques is a plus.
• Interest in data insights and process digitalization, particularly with Power BI.

Education

• A technical background in relevant fields is required.

Tools

• Adobe Illustrator for graphic design review.
