Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing data quality and statistical practices to support product development and manufacturing processes. The Data Validation Manager Specialist will validate and analyze data, ensuring that key product decisions are informed by reliable insights.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in Data Validation & Qualification, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or quality environments.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of injection moulding and plastics.
  • Minimum Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze measurement, process, and quality data to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct capability studies, including Cp/Cpk analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Support approval and qualification processes with statistical documentation.
  • Lead Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities in projects.
  • Communicate data insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reports for process monitoring.
  • Prepare structured reports on data trends for strategic decisions.
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Skills

  • Proficient in SPC, control charts, and capability analysis.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Volume Graphics and PiWeb.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex data insights.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Education

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
  • Experience with automated reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
