Job summary

This role involves supporting customer retention efforts through data management and analysis in a structured environment. You will work closely with the Group Customer Experience & Lifecycle Manager to enhance customer retention flows and contribute to the automation and data framework.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying business, economics, marketing, or a data/analytics-related field.
  • Proficient in Excel, with a willingness to learn advanced functions (XLOOKUP and pivot tables).
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing recurring tasks independently.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to suggest improvements.
  • Comfortable communicating in corporate English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining retention emails using a marketing automation platform, ensuring data accuracy and functionality.
  • Update and enhance KPI sheets related to retention and customer experience across multiple markets.
  • Prepare customer data for analysis related to Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and retention.
  • Manage the A/B testing library, documenting tests and results for email, web, and campaigns.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively around academic commitments.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.

Tools

  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analysis methods is beneficial.
