Job summary

The role involves overseeing procurement and contract management for data center construction projects across multiple campuses. The individual will act as a client representative, supporting project delivery and ensuring compliance with procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and contract management, particularly in construction or data center projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing procurement for various categories including General Contractors and professional services.
• Lead project-level sourcing and contract administration.
• Monitor project procurement and contract status, providing regular updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
• Coordinate supply chain activities throughout all project stages.
• Manage RFP processes and ensure quality of scope documents.
• Oversee supplier onboarding and contract execution.

Skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and e-tendering platforms.
• Ability to analyze and assess supplier proposals.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.
